Nurtured By Nature:  Restorative Practice For The Caring Professions

Let’s take the opportunity to celebrate being able to gather again!

After lengthy lockdowns and extended periods of isolation, join with other health care and allied professionals whose caring work has been so vital during this challenging period. You are invited to focus on your own wellbeing within the calming natural environment of the Eltham Community Centre. Relax and nourish those parts of you in need of new energy and fresh inspiration.

An interactive presentation and some reflective activities will expand our awareness and sense of awe and wonder in the beauty of the natural world around and within us. We can continue to provide the best service to others when we practice from a sense of fullness within our own being. Tune in and balance our own needs with insights drawn from cross-cultural studies, and a wide range of disciplines including depth psychology and science.
