NEW Dream Group with Julie Douglas

Starting very soon!

23 February – 30 March at 7.00pm (Tuesday evenings)

Duration: 6 weeks

Using the process of Embodied Imagination® we’ll explore the inner landscape of the dream world. What is stirring in you at this time that seeks your attention?  This deep work ignites our creative fire, quickening what is alive in us.

Our inner images seek to be in relationship and their potency draws us into their characters, revealing their essences. Engaging with ‘the other’ might feel alien to our personal sense of self, yet different psychic perspectives (or Self states) stretches our capacity to move in fresh ways that contradicts our habitual or stuck patterns. Engaging soulfully with our images, enables us to embody their regenerative powers, bringing juice and authentic expression into our lives.

Embodied Imagination® is a creative and therapeutic modality that works with dreams, memories and symptoms. This work, pioneered by Dutch Jungian psychoanalyst, Robert Bosnak, is based on principles popularised by Jung, especially in his work on Alchemy. Embodied Imagination also advances James Hillman’s theory on Soul as a simultaneous multiplicity of autonomous states.
